Cape Cod, MA

This cozy, three-bedroom cottage is situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood shared by year-rounders and visitors alike.
The 1000-square foot cottage features hardwood floors, exposed brick, abundant natural light, and immaculate, well-maintained fixtures and furnishings. Each room offers a whimsical and eclectic collection of works by local artists and artisans.
The large front lawn and protected backyard gives lots of room for running around and playing games. And the oversize (14x20) screened-in porch with comfy white wicker furniture from Cape Leisure and a Plow & Hearth hardwood patio dining set invite you to linger a little longer.
There's no hurry: you're on Cape time now!

Across the street from the cottage is Buck's Pond. This large, spring-fed freshwater pond, a gift from the glacial age, is a well-loved spot for families at its sandy beach, as well as for kayakers, paddleboarders and people who love to go fishing.
Your rental includes deeded beach rights to this beach and the other private beaches in the neighborhood.
With its quiet streets and gentle rolling hills, Great Sand Lakes is a very walkable neighborhood, including short paths through the oak and pine woods less than five minutes from the cottage,
Beyond the neighborhood, an eight-minute drive will take you to the ocean beaches along Nantucket Sound, as well as to shopping and dining in Harwich Port. Easy access to other Cape destinations via Route 28 and Route 6 (at Exit 82 but really, in the hearts of locals and wash-ashores alike, it will forever be Exit 10).
